Bookkeeper

Summary:
This is a hands-on bookkeeping role for a dynamic aviation company with complex inventory,
project-based accounting, and multi-entity QuickBooks tracking.


Job Summary/Purpose:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry, reporting,
and recordkeeping for GenAir Support. This position plays a critical role in managing day-to-day
accounting operations and supporting financial oversight, cash flow management, and
compliance. The bookkeeper will work closely with the CFO, accounting team and external

accounting professionals to ensure accurate tracking of expenses, budgets, and inventory-
related entries such as aircraft and aircraft parts

 

Qualifications:
● Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
● Minimum 3–5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
● Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and Microsoft Excel required
● Experience with inventory accounting, journal entries, and reconciliation
● Ability to manage multi-entity accounting
● Experience with Quantum ERP(used for aviation parts tracking and quoting) or willingness to learn
● Experience in aviation, logistics, construction, or parts inventory industries preferred

Aircraft Reclamation Inventory Technician

Job Summary
The Aircraft Reclamation Inventory Technician is responsible for identifying, cataloging,
and managing reclaimed aircraft parts and materials. This position ensures accurate
inventory control, proper documentation, and compliance with industry regulations. The
technician will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to support the
efficient identification, organization, and storage of aircraft components.

 

Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft components, cataloging methods, and ASA standards.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy aircraft parts in a warehouse environment.
• Skilled operation of forklifts in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.

About the Role:
General Airframe Support is seeking a highly organized and experienced Shop Manager to lead
our aviation parts and component overhaul operations. This role is essential in ensuring timely,
compliant, and cost-effective repair and overhaul services. The ideal candidate will have a strong
technical background in aviation maintenance, with experience managing teams and ensuring
adherence to FAA and company quality standards.


Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in aviation component overhaul or MRO operations
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a repair station environment
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 and relevant regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, manuals, and schematics
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) or A rating required
